Roles and Responsibilities
Whitney provides McDonnell Group clients with public relations and marketing communications services. By developing and maintaining The McDonnell Group’s strong relationships in the technology and infrastructure industries and the associated trade media and industry analysts, Whitney assists clients in building awareness and reaching target audiences to drive interest in the client’s products, services, and technologies.
Professional Background
As development director at The King Urban Life Center, Whitney has been responsible for the non-profit’s fundraising and public relations programs, including grant writing and research, publicity campaigns, and the cultivation of relationships with funders and associated organizations. Whitney’s career also includes nearly a decade as an educator, working with students to improve and apply literacy skills in order to become effective communicators.
