Sharí performs strategic public relations service support for The McDonnell Group clients, building brand and product awareness through press releases, case studies, white papers, and multiple social media outlets. She also works to forge relationships with various editors and other key media influencers.

Sharí Blalock has worked in PR and communications over for ten years. She has formulated marketing plans, media campaigns and volunteer projects. Prior to joining The McDonnell Group, she worked as a as a Communications Specialist for Purafil, Inc. in Doraville, GA. Sharí is a former staff writer and freelancer who identifies with the journalistic demands in the industry, and she understands the elements that are necessary to orchestrate newsworthy articles.
Her long-standing media relationships and multi-tiered communications experience will be essential as she garners more notoriety for The McDonnell Group’s clients.
Education and Affiliations
Sharí earned a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Theater from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. Recently she earned marketing certifications from Gwinnett Technical College in Lawrenceville, GA.
She has been a volunteer mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta for more than five years. She also serves on the Board of Directors for PushPush Theater and as a volunteer project coordinator for Hands on Atlanta.
