Jeanine specializes in the strategic definition and implementation of marketing-oriented technical communications and interactive marketing programs. Her knowledge of the utility and information technology fields as well as her background in medical research allow her to uniquely contribute to marketing solutions for McDonnell Group clients in many verticals.
Professional Background
As information development manager at CES International, now Oracle network management, Jeanine architected a suite of utility operations software user documentation and marketing products that served the customer information requirement lifecycle from pre-sales through implementation and maintenance. While at CES, she initiated the move to topic-based authoring. Her vision led to the implementation of structured authoring and contributed to streamlined authoring processes and vastly reduced time to market for information products.
Education and Affiliations
Jeanine earned a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from the University of California at Davis. She took her post-graduate studies in biostatistics and immunochemistry at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. She is a member of the Society for Technical Communication and the Information Architecture Institute.
