ATLANTA – March 23, 2010 — Efacec Advanced Control Systems, for 35 years a leader in utility advanced automation solutions, went live today with a new company website and a new web address.  The changes reflect both Efacec ACS’ automation software pioneering legacy and their new, expanded resources as part of Portugal-based Efacec Group. 

Visitors to www.efacec-acs.com will discover navigational tools to take them quickly to the information they need, such as a search feature and intuitive menus covering the markets, solution areas, and the services in the company’s portfolio.  The new site reflects Efacec ACS’ identity and enhanced abilities as an Efacec Group company through a clean, uncluttered design including the new company logo.

“We felt it was important that we update our online presence and become clearly identified with the worldwide Efacec Group,” said José Barbosa, chief executive officer of Efacec Advanced Control Systems.  “Not only have we kept the ‘ACS’ in our name, but we continue to pursue the technical innovation and dedication to service for which ACS has been known for many, many years.”
