Office Coordinator
Start Date July or August 2008
The McDonnell Group (www.themcdonnellgroup.com), an Atlanta-based marketing strategy and B2B technology public relations firm, is currently seeking an energetic professional to join our team as office coordinator in our field operations office located in Roswell, Georgia.
The McDonnell Group values dedication to family and community service and this position will support flexible working hours (80-120 hours a month) for an experienced administrative professional who places a premium on flexible working hours and a low-key, casual and fun working environment with an emphasis on customer service above all else.
Qualifications required include some experience with executive administrative support, a customer service orientation for phone support, PC skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Quicken), light book-keeping/filing work, attention to detail, and a self directed personality.
